BOOKING GUIDE

Step 1 – Initial Enquiry

Begin by reaching out via one of the methods listed on the Contact page. When making your initial enquiry, please include the following details:

  • A brief outline of the costume style you are considering (e.g. genre, solo/duo etc, base or fully decorated).
  • Your general timeframe (e.g. early May, late October).
  • The approximate size and age of the costume recipient.
  • Your location, including state and country, so that location-specific pricing can be provided.
  • An estimated budget range, if any.
  • Any reference images or visual inspiration relevant to your concept (please avoid submitting AI-generated images, as these can be misleading, often depict unrealistic finishes, and may draw too heavily from the work of other designers).

Providing these details enables me to assess availability quickly, estimate costs accurately, and determine whether your project is a suitable fit for collaboration.

Step 2 – Client Onboarding & Agreement

If your project can be accommodated, you will be prompted to complete the Client Onboarding / Terms of Service link below, which outlines all details required to confirm your booking.
Once you’ve reviewed and agreed to the terms, your booking will be confirmed and your design slot secured. Information regarding the deposit will also be provided at this stage, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

Step 3 – Design Brief

After your booking is confirmed, and you have the details of your design ready, you can then complete the Design Brief Form to provide more detailed information about your vision — including style preferences, colours, fabrics, and performance needs.
This step helps shape the creative direction and ensures your design reflects both aesthetic and functional goals before the sketching and creation stages begin.
