If you believe your item arrives damaged or incorrectly described, please reach out with your order details and clear photo evidence. Options to remedy the issue (such as replacement, store credit, or repair) will be determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the damage or discrepancy.

Standard shipping costs are included in the listed price unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout. Tariffs or any other import taxes are NOT included in the listed price.

Orders are typically prepared to ship within 2 - 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Domestic Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days

All international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
